Raft foundation low floor

Hi Radye basically -30 cm floor level difference is requested in the bathroom and kitchen area. Is it possible to solve this problem by raising only the selected area in the raft foundation without sub-flooring, or is it necessary to create a floor space and define a second raft (as we did in the elevator).

Re: RADIATE FOUNDATION LOW FLOOR Hello My suggestion: Do not disturb the rigidity of the raft flooring by laying low. Turn to the bottom of the walls 30 cm in the basement so that the raft stays 30 cm below. Where there is no low floor, you fill 30 cm. Unver ÖZCAN
