Raft foundation ground safety problem

Although the raft basically comes out of the shoe, it still does not save the ground safety, the attached file is seen, I would be glad if there is a friend who can help

Re: raft foundation soil safety problem_urgent soil safety stress is too low you can't solve this with a raft foundation... either you need to make soil improvement or you need to apply bored piles to the foundation..

Re: raft foundation ground safety problem_urgent There is always a solution at this value, I solved it before, this project gave trouble, it didn't get better. If there will be ground improvement or pile in a 4-storey building, we got burned here. A solution to build a 7-storey toki building If anyone has any suggestions, I'm still waiting for an alternative

Re: raft foundation ground safety problem_urgent Hello Since your ground class is Z4/D group (I guess), it is a big problem that you cannot increase the ground safety stress. For this type of projects, I suggest you try a reverse beamed raft foundation, not a piled raft. Maybe it will be a solution with superstructure interactive analysis. In fact, superstructure interactive analysis is mandatory for C and D group soils. I could also look very blindly, but the wall loads were taken too low (12 cm aerated concrete?), the live loads were not chosen properly, and the closed cantilever columns had to be connected with internally inclined beams. Good work...

Re: raft foundation ground safety problem_urgent First of all, let me tell you a few cms about the ground; With this ground stretching, the solution seems difficult. I think that precautions should be taken on such floors, no matter how many floors the building has. Looking at your project, it is basically observed that the ground stresses are not recovered in almost all finite element parts. The same problems will be encountered in the solution with beamed raft. And then; Solve the structure as a semi-rigid diaphragm. Review your loads (in addition to what Godfrey says, review the live loads of balconies and stairs and stair halls) Solve the superstructure interactively. Check for joint safety errors in the system. The frameworks in the system are not very sufficient. Especially the x direction seems weaker. Curtains can be made by extending the S14 column another 25 cm (with its symmetries). In this way, system rigidity increases and the joint safety problem can be overcome with curtains. Accordingly, I recommend you to add curtains in the y direction.

take it easy everyone. The project I sent attached is the z4/D group. I am solving superstructure interactively, I also use the multi-conjugate winker spring method on mat foundations, but I still can't recover the ground safety stress. I will be glad if you help.

Unfortunately, the friend in the municipality does not accept the calculation according to the average stress.

We can't do anything on 3 fronts. we can only console on 1 front, but it still does not save even though I made a 1.50 mt console.

My humble comment would be water. Load-bearing rigid members at the edge. Since ampatman can't be done, there is a lot of tension in the lines. Rigid elements can be placed in the middle by reducing the size of the columns on the side, for example, the elevator can be surrounded by a curtain.

I would appreciate your help.[/ quote] my esteemed colleague; the problem in your project is not only the main problem. You should also think about the design (if there is no architectural necessity, it can be thought more easily). However, if you want to take care of the foundation first, if you enter your curtains as a panel rather than a column and choose the calculation method accordingly, you will see that your foundation is quite relaxed. .With the completion of the column scheme and the frame in a healthy way, there will be no problems in the basics. Take it easy.
