Raft Foundation Beam Shear Force error

Hello.. We drew the attached 3-storey project with idecad version 8.61. In the foundation beams, the failure of reinforcement in 5 beams gives an error of failure of reinforcement with shear force in one beam. Although we tried many alternatives, the problem could not be fixed. Thank you very much if you can help...

Hello My suggestions; --I corrected the project, --You should make a solution together with the ladder, --Make the narrow side of the columns 30 cm, --If the ladder does not go upstairs, lay the top of the stairs normally, --If I were the foundation, I would make a raft. Good luck Unver ÖZCAN
