Raft flooring thickness problem

My attached project is for trial purposes, and it was solved as a raft in another static program, and when I tried it, I couldn't save it with 170 cm. Is there a problem with my raft application or is there a place I don't know? The place is dilated and we cannot open the foundation, the upper part is the same with the solution of the other engineer friend.
