Raft basic reinforcement problem

In raft foundations, we can fix the reinforcements in the reinforced concrete part, but we cannot fix the additional reinforcements. When we intervene on the raft with additional reinforcements, the sections are saved, but when the re-analysis is performed, the system is restored and the section does not save (requests reinforcement). Questions: 1) Can we fix additional reinforcements? and if we can fix it, what is the procedure? 2) If we cannot fix it, is the raft section we corrected with additional reinforcements (without reanalysis) really sufficient? 3) If it is sufficient, how can the situation be explained in documents (idecad) since the program data files submitted to the municipality control authority are reanalyzed and the equipment has become old again? I would appreciate if you could answer the questions without skipping.

Re: RADIATE FOUNDATION ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT PROBLEM 1-Because the requirement for additional reinforcements on the raft-free raft foundation changes depending on the main reinforcements, it cannot be fixed. It is recalculated in each analysis. 2-If the As(-) warnings are eliminated when the additional reinforcements are manually edited, it is actually sufficient. 3- It can be shown that the amount of reinforcement in the re-analysis and the amount of reinforcement in the manually edited reports and drawings are different. Note: When the project is re-analyzed, larger reinforcement diameters can be selected for raft additions in the Reinforced Concrete/Reinforcement Selection dialog instead of arranging the lack of reinforcement in the raft additions each time.
