Raft Basic modeling

In the current project, the basic floor area is 863 m², the basement and the ground floor are 800 m², but the floors with the flats (7 floors) are included in a certain area as 465 m². I am modeling raft foundation in the project. But the problem is that even though I define a separate raft for a 280m² section without flats, it takes the same values as the 10-storey building. Although the diaphragm is defined automatically on the tiles, it can be defined separately, but I cannot do this on the raft, if you can help me, I would appreciate it. Thank you from now.
