I define the raft foundation borders with the slab edge command, but where the columns are, the foundation is cut in the areas where the columns are projected, as in the picture. What should I do? If I draw the tiling edge on the outer mass line, it defines the tiling in the same way.

The image in the picture you added occurs on the plan and on the solid model. It does not cause any trouble in the analysis. When you look at the basic results in the 3D frame mode in the perspective window, you can see that the meshes are also formed under the column.
