Raft base heavy addition issue

Take it easy, everyone. In the project I gave the link for, I am buying 45-50 pieces of 18-gauge reinforcement around the elevator curtain on the raft basis. This situation occurs in all the elevator projects I do (around the U curtain). Do you think this much additional reinforcement (due to excessive torque change) is normal? When I examine projects similar to this structure, I don't come across such a large amount of additional equipment that would disturb them.
