Radiate Fundamental Insufficient Reinforcement Problem

Hello.. I'm getting a raft basically insufficient reinforcement warning. It is solved by reducing the additional reinforcements to 4cm and some places to 2cm, but in this case too much reinforcement comes out. Is there any chance we can solve this normally? (I want to use max 16mm diameter reinforcement) The file is in the link below.

Hello, -As you have added your project, there is also insufficiency in the main reinforcements in the x direction (reinforcement axis no.1)... In the Analysis Settings/Foundation-Soil Tab, select the "superstructure interactive solution" option and click (Tdy) It is required in C and D group floors in 2007) You can arrange and analyze the raft floor reinforcement axis no. 1 so that it does not overlap the column and carrier curtains with the "Change Reinforcement Calculation Axis Geometry" command.
