At the beginning, you give the R coefficient according to the structure type and ductility level to the program in the "Analysis Settings". (Follow NYILMAZ's message) If, after the analysis, B1 irregularity occurs in your structure, the R coefficient is automatically reduced by the program by multiplying by 1.25cmmin.
