R COEFFICIENT

When I analyze the PROJECT, I get an error about the selection of the r coefficient, is it normal if the coefficient is larger and smaller than 2/3, it gives these two warnings at the same time, or is it me making a mistake and how many should I enter the superstructure rigid floor number for this project

*Since the ductility level Mixed system is selected, the maximum R coefficient can be taken as 6 as you entered your project. According to the AlfaS value, the value resulting from R=Rnç+15*Alfs(Ryp-Rnç) should be entered. *Everyone can give a different interpretation to the question of how many Rigid Basement floor numbers should be entered in this project. Since there are no fully enclosed curtains on any floor in the project, I think the upper rigid basement floor number -10 should be entered. In addition, I think it would be appropriate to make a solution by marking the panels in the 8th and 9th basement floors that do not continue to the upper floor as -Basic/panel that does not continue to the upper floor-, choosing the High Ductility Level, and taking the R coefficient of 7.
