R coefficient is changing

I chose the r coefficient as 7, but it says r: 7, but it shows the selected r as 7, does this create a problem? Thanks in advance.

I haven't looked at your project, I'm writing from a tablet. If I have to write briefly, the entered R value is recalculated by looking at the alphaS calculated as a result of the analysis and the new R coefficient is found. The program renews the selection accordingly.

Hello, -Because the entered R and the Selected R coefficient are different The reason is Weak Floor (B1) irregularity. In the project, B1 irregularity occurs because the effective shearing area of the wall in the Mezzanine Floor is less than that of the 1st Floor. The program calculates the effective shearing areas of the wall from the wall loads entered on the beam. If the effective shearing area of the wall in the Mezzanine floor is larger You can intervene from the Akx, Aky columns in the Analysis / Floor Parameters / Irregularities tab. Note: You can also solve your project in its current form as the nth value does not fall below 0.6. You can review the TDY 2007 article 2.3.2.3 and Table 2.1 on the subject. Good work
