Hello, The r coefficient of buildings in which all earthquake loads are carried by columns with high ductility level may be 8, but there are also shears in your system. In this case, the R coefficient can be at most 7. However, for it to be 7, the alphas ratio must not be greater than 0.75. If alphas is greater than 0.75, the r coefficient is determined by 10-4*alfas and the calculation is repeated according to this r coefficient value. For detailed information, see TDY 2007 table 2.5, item 2.5.2 (if the ductility of the walls is high) and 2.5.4 (if the ductility of the walls is normal). You can see all of these values in the earthquake code general report. What you need to do: 1) Solve the system again by getting R=7. 2) looking at the alphas rate (the program will warn you in the report in terms of the regulation if necessary.) 3) If you receive a warning, you can see the recommended R coefficient under the title of the reason for choosing the R coefficient in the general report of the earthquake regulation and use it. Good work
