Project transfer to ETABS

I searched the forum. Save as a sap 2000 database, then open it in sap 2000 and then transfer it to etab as CIS/2 STEP file. The structure has completely disappeared, I would appreciate it if you could explain how it was made in detail. thanks...

Are you trying with Sap2000 ver 15? ideCAD transfers data in ver 10 format. Sap2000 ver 15 There is a problem reading Sap2000 ver 10 files (not an ideCAD issue) Can you try the process on Sap2000 ver 14?
