take it easy guys, my problem is when I analyze the system as semi-rigid diaphragm, I get the warning that the system cannot be solved. I think it is related to the stair support conditions. I can accept a full-rigid diaphragm in the system. I am waiting for your help.

Your problem is caused by the stair bracing. You have made a solution with the ladder together with the structure, but the ladder cannot be supported on the ground floor.
