Project errors and suggestions.

Good luck to all of you friends. I have a project that I am trying to solve in the attached file. The project has some errors. Could you please examine my project in terms of both solving errors and general control?

Hello. My suggestions -- Ground safety tension is less than 10 t/m2. In the corrected project, 16.38 t/m2 with earthquake comes out. cannot be done in increments when the soil group is D. -- Talk to the person who made the ground report. --If there is no change, you will need to strengthen the ground or make a pile foundation. -- Model the ladder and solve it together with the building. Thank you Mr. Unver. Excuse me, but I was going to ask something, you just enlarged the 4 columns in the basement, right?
 
There is a small building I am working on, but I have tried as hard as I have ever tried in the analysis model. I could not overcome the ground safety stress. However, I still have concerns about whether there may be an error in the model. I need your help. The safety stress of D group Z4 is 12.5 tf/m². I would be very happy if you could take a look. .I'm going to post the project here, but its size seems too high. The file size of a z+3-storey building without a basement on a single flat is 6.6 mb, I don't understand it, it's a very high-capacity file. Can you help with this issue...
