Progressive Construction Calculation

Dear Hakan, After the phased construction analysis, I could not find the results of this analysis in the reports. I would be glad if you could help with the matter. Also, I just want to have a static account. I set the spectrum multiplier to zero. When I look again, it's taken as one. I get the multiplier like 0.00001. I still see dynamic results in some column section effects. Best regards...

Hello, Since the phased construction analysis is an analysis that affects the static results of the building, there are also effects obtained by the phased construction calculation on the basis of extreme forces and reinforced concrete results in the current reports. For the phased construction analysis report, you can prepare two separate reports according to the phased analysis and not done. ... I don't understand why you want to set the spectrum multiplier to zero. The purpose of the spectrum multiplier is to apply the conditions in TDY item 7.8 or similar situations in performance analysis.

In the report, analysis results are given separately for G, Q.... I wanted to see if the Progressive Construction analysis results were given separately. I tried to find the difference by comparing both static analysis results. That's why I'm trying to disable the earthquake. But I couldn't understand why it wasn't when I gave the spectrum multiplier zero. For performance analysis, yes, we take this multiplier as 0.5, 1 and 1.5.

Mr. Hakan, I have defined a curve with all zero ordinates using the "specific" option of the behavior spectrum function. I found the cross-section effects of the earthquake as zero. So all results were for static. We can already see it separately in the reinforced concrete part. I compared the results with two separate analyzes, stepwise and stepless. I clearly saw the changes in the section effects. good work. Thanks.

The issue is now understood. The program prevents you from entering the spectrum ordinate product exactly zero. When you enter close to zero, the dynamic forces return to zero. approach, since equivalent earthquake forces are also involved in the system, you see value in extreme forces... (comparing dynamic analysis with equivalent earthquake load as per the regulation)

This is also possible. Also, it would be enough to enter the structure importance coefficient of zero...

Good work to you too.. Take it easy...
