Program stops working when trying to paste from file

I installed windows 10 update on 03.09.2017. then the program lock gave the error sentinel key not found. I reinstalled the driver for the lock and the problem was solved. but now i have a problem. When I give the paste command from the file and select the file, the program closes itself. I have deleted and reinstalled the program several times. I tried deleting the ide files in the programdata folder and reinstalling. I faced the same problem every time. It works fine on my computer with windows 7 installed. but this problem occurred after the last update in windows 10. When I choose compatibility, the program opening and running becomes extremely slow and inoperable. the problem is fixed but it is not possible to work. The program slows down and freezes.
