Program crashes when opening new project

When I open a project I've been working on before, or an architectural project from ide 7, although there is no problem with the 2D drawing tabs, when I switch to the design section or try to open a new project, the program opens and closes (with selections such as template, default settings). This is due to why.
 
Re: The program is closing. Probably the problem is with your video card. It is difficult to give a clear interpretation as we do not know the specs of your computer. If you install the TeamViewer program and call our Bursa office, we can look at the situation with remote access.
 
Re: The program is closing. It was related to OpenGL, after installing the updated drivers of the video card, the problem was solved.
