Problem with Relative Floor Offset.

Hello, in the attached project, the foundation is 3m deep and there is no basement. I gave elevation to the columns and foundations to ensure the depth of the foundation. Is such a modeling correct? In this case, I get a relative floor offset error. Good work.

Mr. serky I looked at your project 1- there is no error in your data entry. 2- dissolve the stair landing with the stairs, support the staircase on the ground floor, support it if it is idle, 3- if you are going down this far, build a basement. 4- Do not increase by 50% in case of low ground safety 5- There is a problem in your K6 beam, fix it. (If you solve it as a semi-rigid diaphragm, it will not give an error.) 6- If you say you will model it this way, put a curtain on both sides to increase the system rigidity, in this case you should pour the columns in two stages. 7- ensure the continuity of the ribs 8- close the ribs on the balcony Take it easy Ünver ÖZCAN

Thank you for your interest and advice. There is no basement in the project, but it requires a foundation depth of 3m, with or without a basement.
