After checking the building inspection of my project for which I made a performance analysis, he said, "Make the winding reinforcement in the column with 20 intervals." After applying this, it gave errors as you can see in the appendix. I couldn't fix them in any way, what should I do?

Hello, I have reviewed your project. Opening the distance between the winding reinforcements will reduce the shear strength of the element. This increases the possibility of brittle elements in ductility controls. This is also the case in this project. TBDY Chapter 15.8 Determining the Earthquake Performance of Existing Buildings begins with the sentence "Reinforcement of brittle damaged elements, if any." For this reason, if there is an element that has brittle damage from ductility controls, this element must be strengthened. In addition, I will tell you a few observations about your project. In the Linear Performance Analysis options, the "Moving load participation factor" section must be active. In this case, vertical loads are taken into account by considering the mobile participation factor. Some elements are defined on top of each other in the project. You can detect overlapping elements using the "Geometry Check" command. It would be useful to check the reinforcement curtains once again.
