PROBLEM TAKING ACCOUNT REPORT

Good Day, I am now experiencing a problem that I did not experience before. After analyzing in ideCAD Static 5 (Ver 5.511), I can't get account report. It says " FILE CANNOT BE OPENED" and does not show me the report. How can I eliminate this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.. NOTE: The same problem exists when taking footage!

Hello, The iderpt.exe file under the program folder may have been deleted. Re-installing the program will solve the problem. If the problem is not resolved, you can voice contact .
 
Hello Mr. Levent, I made the same guess, but unfortunately I don't have the program cd. He got lost while moving the office. So I can't reinstall the program. What path should I follow now? Take it easy, good work...
