Your slab height appears to be 7 cm, in slab parameters the concrete cover is 3 cm, so the length of the pile piece is blackroot[(7-2*3)^2 + (7-2*3)^2]=1.41 cm. If you measure the piece you show on the mold plan, you can see that it is 1.41 cm. As for the answer to your question, the reinforcement drawing is made according to the actual dimensions in the program. 1.41 (1 cm because it is rounded) reinforcement piece is as you see it on the plan. The part you show at larger values will appear more prominent.
