Placing the Raft Foundation on Mass Concrete

We have a 2-storey villa construction on a 130 m2 floor area. The land on which the villa will be built is sloping. There is a 6 m level difference between the upper and lower side of the floor where the building will sit. In the lower part of the land, it is necessary to dig an average of 2 meters in order to descend to the hard ground. In order to obtain a flat ground, it is necessary to excavate 8m on the upper side of the land, which means a very high retaining wall at the back of the villa. Instead, we want to excavate 6 meters on the upper side of the plot and after digging 2 meters on the down side, pour concrete with a height of 2 meters and a height of 2 meters along the width of the villa and place one end of the raft foundation of the villa on the hard ground and the other end on the mass concrete. I just don't know how to do this in idecad. Can you help me? You can see what I want to do in 3D below.

I think you can do the groundwork here. After you make the improvement with geotextile felt, you can easily make the foundation.

I do not recommend such a system, nor is piling recommended for a 2-storey villa. If the basement does not want, fill it gradually and fill the basement with slag filling material.

My dear, what I mean by improvement is not deep foundation but improvement with geotextile elements under superficial foundation. it happens in a short time and solid ground is reached.

I wanted to emphasize that the pile foundation, which is a solution for deepening the foundation, cannot be applied in a 2-storey building. I have only heard of the system you mentioned. I do not have an opinion.
