Placement of Reinforced Concrete Shear Walls in the Building

Hello, I have an issue that has been on my mind lately. As you know, in most of the multi-storey buildings, a "U" shaped core curtain is designed around the elevator. It will be a better design in terms of static, as the regular distribution of the curtains around the structure will reduce the distance between the center of rigidity and the center of mass. Moreover, if the elevator curtain is not in the middle of the building, another curtain is placed in front of it to reduce the distance between RM-KM and this brings extra costs. My question is, what is the design that will provide the necessary conditions for the elevator installation and allow us to position the curtains around the structure? Is it more logical to put spaced columns instead of elevator bulkheads?

In my opinion, there is no need or obligation to make a curtain for the elevator around the elevator. If needed, it would be one of the architecturally appropriate areas. Even then, basically the elevator shaft It becomes very easy to create. Prof. Dr. Mi about curtains The following article by teacher zan Doğan is quite informative;
