There is 6m of vegetable soil in the ground survey of my project. How many m2 piles and how many cm should I make under the raft, and should I place the piles in a square shape or under each column and curtain?

I find it too much and unnecessary to have a pile foundation for such a structure. You will be curtaining three sides of the basement, and there will be three floors, and the ground tension will be sufficient. I think it's a waste.. I don't think there will be too much different settlements in this type of building. Is vegetable soil mentioned in the report? You are already descending 3.80 m in the basement floor. In my personal opinion, the stake is unnecessary. I don't know how others rate it.
