hello friends, I am a student of ktü construction muh 4 class. I am trying to analyze the performance of a building before 1997. There are errors in the dimensions of the carrier element, naturally it does not comply with the 2007 and 1997 regulations, how do I analyze it? The beams in the project are 20/50 and concrete class, reinforcement class, ground survey report are not available in the municipality. I can't do experimental work there is no necessary equipment
