Performance analysis and reinforcement assistance

I have a building with basement and ground floors, which was built according to the 2007 earthquake regulations, and it is desired to add another floor on top of it. Since I have never done a retrofit project before, I worked on the project according to what was written in the forum, I did something. But I can't provide SH and BH values for beams and columns. Thanks in advance to those who will help.

Hello My suggestions; If nonlinear analysis is calculated in the project, CONTROLLED DAMAGE achieves the performance target. BUT --Do not do the jacketing on the columns you reinforce from one side, at least, wrap the column from three sides, --Let the sheathing or curtain you add for reinforcement continue uninterruptedly up to the top floor.[/ color] Unver ÖZCAN

Hello Enver, Thank you for your help. Basement and ground floors are available in the building. I applied what you said in sheathing for these floors. I chose the additional floor columns as 30/60. It would probably be appropriate like this
