In the Regulation article 7.4.2, the elastic (non-reduced) acceleration spectrum given in 2.4 will be used in the definition of the "Earthquake Effect, but the changes made on this spectrum according to 7.8 will be taken into account for different exceedance probabilities .In the earthquake calculation, the Binam Significance coefficient defined in 2.4.2 will not be applied (I=1)". Regulation 7.8.1 defines the probabilities of exceeding this. Article 7.8.1 b The ordinates of the Earthquake Acceleration spectrum, which has a 2% probability of exceeding in 50 years, are accepted as approximately 1.5 times the spectrum ordinates defined in 2.4. Accordingly, if the probability of exceeding 2% in 50 Years (Severe Earthquake) is selected in the Earthquake Exceeding Probability Options for the Targeted Performance Level while performing the Performance analysis, the Acceleration Spectrum Ordinate Multiplier for 7.8.1 in the Performance Analysis Report 1.5[ /b] will appear.
