Pen Thickness in Output

Have a nice day. We use both IdeStatik and IdeArchitecture in our company. We are having problems with pen thicknesses when printing in two programs. While sometimes the pen thicknesses we have given are shown on the printouts, sometimes they are not. For example, we draw a line and make its thickness 3. This line is sometimes bold and sometimes normal. We have this problem in projects. What is the reason? How do I solve it? In addition, what does the scale box in the print dialog do?
