partial stiffness or stiffness reduction in beams

friends, in my z+10 storey project, 4 short beams (30/70) providing the connection with the core part do not provide shear safety. The beams press on the curtains on both sides. I cannot play with the system much due to architectural concerns. So I want to reduce the stiffness, but how accurate is this? Also, what should I get the partial stiffness spring values, or if I don't have the stiffness reduction module, I should do it over the moment of inertia.

Hi, in TDY 2007 item 3.2.3, it is stated that stiffness reduction can be made in beams connected to shear walls in their own plane. In the program, there is an option for this item in the beam settings/Crapped section corrosion tab. If this option is checked and the beam is connected to the wall in the long direction from both ends, the section stiffness of the beam is automatically reduced by 50%. In the Beam Information and Static results report, it is also stated that stiffness reduction has been made.
