Partial stiffness in short beams

I have short beams in my 10 storey project and no matter what I do it doesn't save. Can I define partial rigidity for them? If I define it, what should these values be? I wish everyone good work

The project is very big, but I will have to produce other solutions between the beams I mentioned and the polygon column and the curtain. I wish you good work
