Overlap in column reinforcements

Hello, good work. I've noticed in a few projects I've done recently, there is a situation that I fix manually. For example, our lowest mass level is -0.48. A building without basement and its basement level is +1.20. When you make a solution without defining the basement curtains, it starts the overlapping 184 cm above the foundation. This means overlapping at +1.36 elevations. For the ground floor, it is as if it were in the old regulation, and overlapping is done at the floor level. I enter the system and solve the sub-basement curtains, and it does the overlapping at the same place. I have to divide the 298 cm, which is the floor height after the basement, by 3 and add it to the +1.20 level, and I arrange the column overlaps there by hand. Is there a different way to do this?

By the way, I'm just downloading the 10.58 version, I thought maybe it was edited, but I couldn't see anything related to this issue in the updated articles.

Hello, Column longitudinal reinforcement overlap is made in the middle of the column depending on the height of the column in the floor. It is not optional. Your request is among our notes. Good work
