hello, in my attached project, there is excessive reinforcement in the columns. What would you recommend to fix this?

Over-reinforcement in columns

Hello --The curtains are gathered on one side on the 3rd basement floor of the building, --the calculation results in a floor shear force error. My suggestions -- Build 3 buildings by placing dilatations on the places coming to the exterior, (Let there be 4 together with the one in the middle space.) - Separate the curtains that are not connected to the building with flooring outside the building, dissolve these curtains like a retaining wall, -Make a raft foundation one. Likewise, in my attached project, it gives excessive reinforcement in columns and beams. What do you suggest I do?
