Hello, In the attached project, we are trying to strengthen a warehouse-showroom building, which was built according to the 1975 earthquake regulations. Elements with material properties C16-BÇ-I are the ones present in the project. The new elements to be added to the structure will also have the material properties of C25-BÇ-III. A bracing steel roof will be manufactured on the first floor columns. I strengthened the columns with sheathing method and according to the reinforcement report, the performance of the columns is at the desired level. However, some existing beams on the ground floor have a "brittle fracture" problem (especially the KZ23 beam). To solve this, I tried enlarging the beam section and it worked well on one beam. However, this should appear in the retrofit report as "manufacturing to strengthen the element (for example, beam sheathing)", how can we do this? We can sheath the columns in ideCAD, but I could not sheath the beams. Is there a way of sheathing the beams in the program? Or what can I do in the program to strengthen the beams? Good work.
