Number of beam bottom flat reinforcement

Hello, I have beams with a net span of 6.5 meters. I raise the minimum purchase price before analysis. There is an increase in the number of top mounting reinforcements, but the bottom flat reinforcements generally remain the same. It throws 2 pieces of equipment that I said the same. For example, I can calculate the min. number of lower flat reinforcements. I want it to be 4. Would you help me with this topic
