Not Receiving Account Report

Hello there. When I want to get the account report of models with 7-8 floors, even though I wait for a long time, the report is not printed. I have never seen the report. What could be the reason? My system: i3 7th Gen, 8GB Ram, Nvdidia MX110. Thanks.
 
This is valid in any project I have mentioned, Mr. Levent. I couldn't understand why the computer that did the analysis in normal time could not get the 300-400 page account report. The computer is new, I wonder if there is something missing in the installation. I just downloaded and installed it from the link in the Announcements.
 
If you cannot get a report on any project on your computer, follow the steps below in order. 1-Close İdeCAD Static program. 2-Disable any antivirus software. Check if the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (*86)" plug-in is installed in the 3-Add/Remove Programs section or download and install it from the link below.

4-C:\Programdadata\ideCAD10 delete folder. You can make it visible by checking the "Show hidden files and folders" option in the "Folder and Search options" section.) 5-Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys simultaneously and together on the left side of the keyboard. 6-Run the program shortcut by double-clicking on the desktop. Do not release the Ctrl and Shift keys until the "Registry entry and settings are cleared" warning appears on the screen. Thank you for your detailed answer, I tried but nothing changed. The program gave the calculation report of the analysis, which took 2 minutes, in exactly 15 minutes. This is surprising. What computer components does the program use when generating an account report? Is i3 7th Gen and 8GB ram not enough to create several hundred page pdf documents? Reducing the report page didn't reduce the time either. Is my problem computer related?

In the project you added; -P06-07-08-22 numbered basement perimeter curtains on the basement floor are included in the group curtains -Do not include basement curtains in group curtains. Also, the names of curtain groups in the basement are not given the same as the upper floors. I thought I fixed it all, sorry. Doing that too, fixed the problem. Analysis was 2.25, Report was 2.10 min.
