Can a normal ductile wall construction solution be made in 1st and 2nd degree earthquake zones? Or should I make a solution as high ductile? I would be very happy if you could help me with this.

You can solve mixed. Columns are normal , panels may be high. Only for mixed systems you must meet the alfas rates specified in the regulation. For more detailed information, see 2.5.1, 2.5.2 and 2.5.3 and 2.5.4.1 in the regulation.
