If you upload your file to a non-permissioned location like wetransfer, we can download the file. It asks for permission for uploading to Drive. As I couldn't see your model, but if it is a beamless slab slab (if a beamless slab is selected from the wizard) and there is no curtain, the analysis cannot be performed because the system is labile when both ends of the columns are analyzed for hinges.
