WHEN I CONTINUOUSLY REMOVE THE SCRATCH TICKS OR CONTINUOUSLY REMOVE IT'S EQUIPPED WITH THE BEAM IT IS CONTINUOUS, IN BOTH CASES, THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IS FOUND IN THE REPORT. WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MUNICIPALITIES.
