In the report of the ladder I sent attached, the forces and moments are zero. When I do it in the demo, I can see the forces and moments. Please help. My stairs are given in the appendix.
 
Hello, The situation you specified is a situation that we know from ver 7.019. Save the ladder with the option Save the project as old version and solve it in Ver 7.018. The link of 32 bit and 64 bit exe files of Ver 7.018 is attached. You can copy the exe file to the program folder and run it. 32 bit
