Is it a correct practice that I entered by lowering the elevations of the beams under the domes? Or should I solve the system with tie beams? Also, steel minarets will be placed in curtain boxes on the side, what should I do for them? I would appreciate it if you could review and help. Thanks in advance.
 
Your modeling is wrong. First of all, I suggest you to check the geometry and correct the errors there. The beams around the small domes seem to have no support. Model all curtains as shells. You have domes in your system, then you should definitely use the semi-rigid diaphragm method. Briefly, I can say these things.
 
I need to make one more addition. I don't think your structure importance factor is correct either. In my opinion, the Building importance factor should be I = 1.20 (Buildings where people are concentrated for a short time).
 
You can define the dome support conditions from the section in the picture. In addition, dome-beam connection details are not created in the layout drawings of the connection points.

I cannot support the beams carrying the floor on which the domes are placed, what should I do for this

First of all, there are geometrical errors in the program and they must be fixed. Long L curtains under the dome are defined as columns and it would be healthier to define them as curtains.
