Do we have to increase the beam heights for 17 slabs? Do you think the system created to transport the dome is healthy? maybe the diameter is not very big but I wanted to ask in terms of solution method for bigger projects

The 17 cm floor is the exception to this rule. Nobody says anything to the 50 cm beam. I think the dome should not sit on the circular beam carried by the floor. One should not trust the cantilever beams coming out of the columns. By the way, Ünver helps people a lot. He even corrects his models. The right is not paid.

First of all, I would like to thank Unver Bey for his help. I couldn't have done the dome design by passing inclined beams as in Ottoman architecture, in order to fit the modern mosque design. Apart from these, I thought I would try to sit on the perimeter beams by increasing the diameter of the dome, or I thought about placing the dome on the floor. How else can I do?

Hi It is not a good solution to place the Dome on the floor, it is a better solution to increase the diameter of the Dome and place it on the surrounding beams (K7-10, K36-39 beams forming the frame) (by placing circular beams under the dome). Unver ÖZCAN
