Minimum Beam width

I wish you a good day, I searched the forum but could not find it, so I opened a new thread. I would like to ask, for beams with high ductility level (same condition for beams with low ductility level) according to TDY 2007, there is a restriction in article 3.4.1 (a) that the minimum beam width will be 250mm. Although I selected the ductility level as high in my model, I could not see any warning in the program when I used 200mm wide beams. Have I overlooked something? Good work, Yağmur Can KOÇAK
