min. Strain error?

Hello friends, in the attached project, I tried to make a part of the foundation gradually, since it gives an exit to the garden by staggering the foundation in the architectural drawing, but I always tried to make the min. I'm getting a stretch error, where am I doing wrong? file :

Thank you Unver Özcan for your interest, I am using ide 7 and I cannot open ide 8 file. Can you save the project as ide 7?
