Mezzanine gives error S13-S14-S24 K (interrupt)

In the attached file, Mezzanine S13-S14-S24 gives a K (cut) error. No matter what I did I couldn't fix it. I would be glad if experienced friends can suggest a solution. I am also open to your ideas on general design. Thanks.

Hello. The shear safety problem in the columns was caused by connecting beams from different levels connected to the columns. (The free length of the column was perceived as -0.1 and -0.30m.) You can change the column free height by selecting the Defined option in the Column Free Height (Ln) section from the Column Properties/Static Reinforced Concrete tab.
