Mdev>Mo/6 is not provided, I used 4/5R in the y direction

HELLO THERE ; Since the condition Mdev>Mo/6 could not be met in the PROJECT, I used R and 4/5R in the y direction, but it shows this as an error in the report. I couldn't understand why. I would be glad if you help. THANKS...
