MAs(-) problem in beam

Hello, I get a warning that one of the beams on the top floor in the 13-floor housing project has exceeded the deflection limit of the beam and I looked at the reinforcement on the reinforced concrete tab and the color was purple, not red, I could not fix it, I could not fix it, next to the beam name it says MAs (-) I do not understand, (I am a student, I would appreciate if you explain in detail) Thanks..
 
You can access the information about the negativities by pressing the F1 key on the keyboard while the related dialog is open. The M problem indicates that the maximum pursantage specified in the parameters has been exceeded in the relevant beam. As(-) warning also indicates that there is missing reinforcement in the beam. A sufficient size of reinforcement diameter may not be selected from the Reinforced Concrete/Reinforcement Selection dialog.
