Linear performance analysis

Hello, I want to make a performance analysis by drawing an existing building. My questions are: 1.) For this, I have to throw away the existing equipment. I can't throw out the existing equipment without analyzing it, can I? 2.) If I throw it after the analysis, the program throws itself in the analysis, do I fix and lock the reinforcements again and then perform a performance analysis? 3.) Is there a beam sheathing option in the program? 4.) Are noonliner analysis and push analysis the same thing?
