Hello... What is the latest situation in the 4/5R, which has been on the agenda since the regulation was published? Some municipalities have confirmed that they have negotiated with Ide officials about its implementation and that it should be implemented. So that's what we're told... They seem to agree that it shouldn't be applied in the market. It is said that the regulation will not be applied in meetings with people connected to the commission. In this case, how do we get the municipalities to accept this? What is the opinion of the program officials? Thanks good work...
